Resources Development Consultants (Private) Limited is a leading multi-sectoral international consultancy firm providing sustainable development solutions to governments, private organizations, and international financing agencies. Incorporated in 1975, during a time when consultancy services were only undertaken by auditing firms, RDC pioneered the field of international multi-disciplinary consulting in Sri Lanka and grew to be one of the largest consultancy firms in all of South Asia.
RDC is a member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Sri Lanka which is affiliated to the International Federation of Consulting Engineers and is registered with multiple international funding agencies such as The World Bank, Asia Development Bank, and USAID. It provides multi-disciplinary consultation services for all stages of project planning and management; from feasibility studies and project design, to supervision and management.
With close to half a century of experience, the company has expanded greatly to provide specialist consultancy services spanning the fields of engineering and construction, social and institutional strengthening, and environment and natural resource planning.
